e.l.f. Baked Blush (Highlighter) in Pinktastic Review+Swatches

e.l.f. Baked Blush Pinktastic

Hi everyone!

Today I thought I would do a review on this highlighter which I have used for so long and that I absolutely love. First of all, this is suppose to be a “baked blush” but it is obviously a highlighter; even on very fair skin tones. It is a soft pink champagne color that is beautiful for everyone I imagine since it is pigmented enough to show up on a much darker skin tone than mine. I have the baked highlighters from e.l.f. and comparing this to those, this one has better pigmentation and the powder is softer and creamier.

This is one of the few highlighters I have with a pink hue and it is very flattering. It has micro glitter in it but honestly, you can not see it unless you stare at it in direct sunlight with a magnifying glass. It almost melts into the skin, so you don’t have the appearance of stripes on your cheekbones.

I love and definitely recommend this highlighter.

  1. I absolutely love most e.l.f. products I purchase. There’s a few that didn’t hit the mark, but they are so cheap, it doesn’t bother me all that much. I’ll have to pick this up and see how it compares to the blush I use as a highlighter (Covergirl Cheekers in Snow Plum.)

  2. I have this too and love it! I agree, it’s much smoother and more pigmented than their baked highlighters. I always thought that was weird haha, that it’s a blush yet it’s a better highlighter than their actual highlighters lol.
