As I’m sure you know by now, these plum shades are my absolute favourite to wear during the colder months! This review is on the shade “A Different Grape”.
The formula is very moisturizing as it is a satin finish so there is no need to wear a lip balm underneath. Due to the hydrating nature of this lipstick it can sometimes bleed outside of the lips but if you line your lips that won’t happen. It fades after a few hours of wear but it does so evenly and does not look patchy. It is scentless, which I personally prefer.
The color can be sheered out with one swipe to a nice berry shade or intensified to a rich plum/purple shade with multiple swipes.

I like Clinique’s Chubby Sticks (lip tint balms), if you’ve tried those, would you say they are comparable moisturizing-wise?

I tried the chubby sticks a long time ago, but from wat I remember it was similar to this; pigmentation and formula wise.

This looks stunning! I always have trouble with lipsticks because they always patch and flake on me after a couple of hours. I need to try this!

I’m definitely for sure it’s what I’m looking for. Whenever I hear about Clinique lipsticks, I always hear about the black honey lipstick… it’s nice to hear about something different haha.

The actual lipstick colour is great, but I am not a fan of the packaging.

This packaging is the one that come in the gift with purchase bags. If you check the Clinique website or Sephora they come in a beautiful silver bullet.

Oh I have this lipstick in sugared grapefruit and I really love how creamy and delicate the lipstick is!

It isn’t very pigmented but can be built up. In this case, I think I like that because you can achieve two looks with this.
