Hello again!
This is a two-in-one product which contains a concealer on one side and a highlighter on the other side. Both sides have a doe-foot applicator which is my favourite for concealer since you can place it exactly where you want it and control the amount of product. This review is on the shade Fair/Glow.
The concealer has a very thin consistency; almost a liquid but not quite. It blends out very easily and provides little coverage. It doesn’t crease much throughout the day if set with powder right after application. This is the lightest shade and it is a good color for porcelain-light skin tones. (Swatches below)
The highlight end is a white shade with the same consistency as the concealer. It contains very fine silver shimmer which can only be seen if you are looking at it up close. The highlight end confuses me since I would not put a glittery, stark white shade under my eyes. Even when it is blended out, it remains white; leaving a white cast so I would not apply it to my cheekbones either.
The highlight is on the top and concealer on the bottom swiped with the applicator twice.
This is after blending it out completely. (enlarge pic to see shimmer)
Overall, I would not recommend this because the highlighter end is unusable for most and there are so many other concealers that work better than this.

Great and honest review! I recently tried this concealer. I have a shade darker than this since I’m of a deeper skin tone. Like you said the highlighter part really confused me. It didn’t do anything for me lol

What color is the highlight for the darker shade?

My shade is Glow/ medium and the highlighter part is similar to the one you have..white with shimmer in it.

Thats too bad 😦 I was hoping the highlight would be nicer on the darker shade.

I’ve had rotten luck with most of e.l.f.’s lighter coverage concealers, as they tend to not match my skin tone. The Studio Maximum Coverage Concealer works okay for covering blemishes, but for under eyes I prefer something with a much thicker texture. The Studio Complete Coverage Concealer (palette) is what I use for that, if I’m going with e.l.f. There are a couple of their thicker concealers that I still need to try, but I’ve pretty much decided at this point that e.l.f.’s concealers will only work for me on days when I really don’t need much. And I say that as an avid e.l.f. fangirl. I love a few of their foundations and powders as well as color products, but they really do need to step up their concealer game.
My absolute favorite for complete coverage under the eyes remains Tarte’s Maracuja Creaseless Concealer. It gives an amazing full coverage and it won’t settle into any creases. It’s going to set you back $25, but it’s quite possibly the best under eye concealer I’ve tried, so for me it’s worth paying extra to wear it on days where I absolutely need the best coverage possible. As always with higher end makeup, be sure to try it out before you buy it. Sephora does sell it, and they’ll give you a sample to take home and try out if you ask them to make you one.

I don’t use elf concealers on the daily either. However I have dry undereyes and find that liquid concealers work the best on me. I’ve been loving the la girl pro and Maybelline master conceal recently but I think I’m going to try out some higher end ones to compare. 🙂

I’m not a fan of this either. The concealer doesn’t have enough coverage for me. I’ve heard good things about their other concealers though.

Their maximum coverage concealer is pretty good. I wouldn’t say that is full coverage either but it is about medium.

Maybe one day they will create a real full coverage concealer. That would be terrific!

Then you got a good one because I don’t have very dark circles and this does not cover much; I rather use a bit of my foundation to conceal!

I totally agree! The highlight part is quite strange (in a bad way !!!) e.l.f has lots of good products but not this one …

Yikes! Why would they think anyone uses a stark white as a highlight??

I like this concealer when I don’t need a ton of coverage, but I agree with you that the highlighter end is unusable. It is such a horrible highlight!

I wonder if the other shades have the same type of highlighter. I was actually more excited to try the highlighter end than the concealer when I purchased it! 😦
